Hello fellow O.F.F.ers, have been absent since mid May - June ( Required relocation of family to new residence). Have been on this forum from time to time and see some old friends are still here and sadly, some are absent. My horrible moving experience has taught me that sometimes bad things happen for no rhyme or reason. I have an x-box one s now, so there should no longer be any issues as to linking up for platoons 'once I figure the bloody thing out'. When things are all in thier place, I'll be looking for all who wish to crush the Reds, see them driven before you, and well you know . . . And now as to the meat of the issue Mercenaries
What an amalgamation of tank parts, one member suggested a marketing ploy, I agree with this theory. Are they worth it though, these "contracts" are involving and time consuming. I'll know soon enough if they're a nuisance or an armor plated elephant with a bad attitude. If anyone reads this, would you post what mercenary tank you like and why, this info could help in my decision as to involve myself in wargaming latest endeavor. Thanks J.K.M.

Be advised that if your going to participate in these tactics training for members, MAKE SURE that you clarify as to which gaming platform will be used, with the one one that will be hosting the training sessions. OldRugers51 and others were assumed to be on the X-Box One and since I appeared to be the only one on the 360, I could not communicate with anybody else (I had an active headset). This was quite awkward and I felt since I couldn't communicate with the others I would give up the slot for someone who had an X-Box one. I will have to find out how cross-coms inbetween systems can be established, thanks anyways J.K.M.

I will participate in this, will be a good chance to brush up and reacquaint. Just send me a confirm so I'll know to tune in, also what system would you all be using, I only have a 360 to use/ This may be a factor when considering me for a slot. J.K.M.

I've logged onto W.O.T. and as of yet, no Chinese flag tank. Legion 59-Patton to be specific, figured with the new additions to the nations tech tree they would be the most popular, guess I figured correctly. Maybe within the next few days I'll get it. Anyone have a red ribbon on their garage screen with the words Txt in the middle of the ribbon & off center of the selected tank??? I think maybe wargaming is going to have to do some de-bugging!! J.K.M.

Just my luck, I have all of the 'flag tanks' except china. Figures everyone wants Germany to win. Got one completion for china, trying to do more but still recovering from flu.

I have a question, If you already have the 'flag' tank from the winning team, do you get compensated with silver ??. Or do you get a duplicate tank, I DON"T want to lose the M.O.E.'S on my original 'flag' tank. Knowing wargaming, they would delete the wrong tank. The drywall would literally melt from all the cussin -n- fussin !!!

U.S.A. as well, has the T-69 been nerfed ?. Haven't played it since forever and have noticed that it does not deal as much damage as I 'remember' ?. So is it my memory that's faulty, or has it been nerfed.

Damn, I've got four medals and for most of the day being Sunday nothing. I think tomorrow is the last day, I hope I'll be able to get the last medal because I can't consider getting an inferior IS-3A just because it has a smancy fancy paint job. Well being on the receiving end of these "red barons" is getting annoying. I might have to change my mind as the deadline gets closer.

I think that if you are using the D-pad Cruise Control configuration, the handbrake does not work. I've tried several times and read somewhere that you only have to downclick the left stick, but it doesn't seem to work. So I have switched back to the default and all is good. Still got a major bitching about the Rhm.Borsig Waffentragers view range nerf though. Almost every tier VIII vehicle now has more view range than it does. You wouldn't think 40 m. would make that much of a difference but my experience seems to suggest that it does. I set-up, hardly pickup anything up and most of the time "I get" detected before I detect them. So back off, take damage and go in the red at the end of match. About ready to go back to the Jagdtiger, at least its got some armor.
