It is Himmelsdorf.......n othing "fun" ever happens there.......it is like a German Kansas City

I beg to defer. My battle screen went dark on me 2 minutes into the game and I had only the mini map to use as I navigate thru the rail tracks. Won the game with 4 kills and second from the top.

The Dark Lord using the force into a different level.

:sorcery Here is something for Frivolous Comic

Mentioned to him while tanking.

Steam Seabass chinese style.

First you need a bass or any fish will do be it fillet or whole, we Asians prefer it in 1 piece with a face.

Ingredients

A clove of garlic
slices of ginger.
half of onion
red chillie
shitake mushroom, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon light soy sauce or salt
a dash of pepper
coriander leaves for garnishing

preparations

part fish belly first and make 3 slices on the sides.
next insert a piece each of shrooms, ginger, garlic, onions, chillie.
place fish flat on large plate and simply pour the fish and soy sauce and sprinkle the pepper.
steam for 20 mins and there you have it.

Done,

You serve it with rice, porridge or noodles use your imagination.

:hubba: Really glad to see that most of us have such a variety of hobbies and I love that you folks share them with everyone. I for one love toys not sure if it's a hobby but when I do visit the department store, I will never miss visiting the toys section. RC powerboating, kit modelling and a recently new found love moss terrarium creation. See images below and tell me what you think. The fish tank I found dump at the compactor so I salvaged it, saves me a hundred bucks. At 25% progress.

Hey Chris,

would that work on beef brisket as well, or you'll need different ingredients?

Flip that sounds really tasty! Will have to try that one out. My Mom did a thing she called drunken roast where instead of beef broth she used a can of beer.

If y'all get a bunch of these recipes together, perhaps OFF can publish an e-book and have the proceeds for the sales going to fund event prizes? What ya think?

Love the idea corb, we need a good editor to run it too.
