Guys, I have a problem. I can't hear so I'm missing something I don't understand, in regards to Tier 5 and 6 Fleet Ships, what are the 3 costs involved? They're listed, but I don't understand the "symbols". There are 3, I don't understand the first and third symbols, the second symbol I'm pretty sure is Fleet Monies, the third I suspect is Fleet Modules - as in 5 Fleet Modules required, but what is the first one? Thanks for any explanations.

We need 140,000 dlithium before tge 9th to complete a limited time project for our Starbase. It the last item under the Starbase projects menu. Its called Interior Designer.
Did we make it? I dumped everything I had into one of them things!

thanks shard! i got my other 3 toons going again now, just have to get 'em up to speed again. for some reason, the other three didn't get kicked like my first toon did, so i'm good to go. catch ya among the stars.

What do you mean when you say you "fixed" one of your Federation toons?
I screwed up starting out and filled in every slot on all my skill lists on all four toons, not realizing that they were contradictory in many respects. Thus, I had four toons listed as admirals but their skill rating was that of a captain or lieut. commander and would not go any higher. So I got a retrain token and fixed one toon, but I still need three more tokens to fix the other three toons. Somehow when I fixed the one, I got kicked out of the fleet. I can no longer access the fleetbase or fleet holdings with toon "Jon", and I'm not playing the other 3 toons anymore until I can get 3 more retrain tokens and "fix" them also. Thus, I need another invite to get toon "Jon" back into the fleet.

I think Klingons can't visit a Fed base and that includes our own (Since it is Fed after all)
Yep. Unless your character is Federation or Allied with the Feds, you can't access the Starbase. So if you are playing a Klingon alt, it can't come in.
I know the Klingons can't come in, but I fixed one of my 4 Federation toons, and I can't access the Fleet Base. For all intents and purposes, it's like being kicked out of the Fleet! Did I get kicked out?

I apologize if everyone already knows this as I just figured it out the other day: even though Klingon toons can't contribute to a federation fleet :lightsaber: you can deposit materials and energy credits from your Klingon toon into your account bank. Then switch to one of your federation toons and withdraw said materials/credits to use on the OFF base. It's a little bit of a pain for materials because there is only one slot in the account bank (I'm assuming you can buy more with Zen - haven't looked), but it's definitely worth it if you're not in a Klingon fleet and your materials are just sitting in your inventory doing nothing.
Thats good to know, I've been playing my Klingon toons pretty exclusively, especially since my Federation toons are all messed up! However, I just fixed one of them today and now I can't access the Fleet Base! What's going on here?

Never happened to me.
Okay...after getting to level 31, I think I'm done.
It's glitchy as all holy hell -- just spent 30 minutes trying to take out the Doomsday ship thing, only to have even the goddamned option to fire torpedoes disappear as soon as I was in an actual position to shoot it. Got two shots into it and that was it.
What. The. ENTIRE. ****?
Have also had it freeze at least half a dozen times.
Just...not impressed.
Somethings wrong, for some reason I can't access the Fleet Base! Can someone help me out here?

At level 58 I finally started to do the Admiralty and Duty Officer missions. I will eventually find out what I'm doing them for! :hitself:
Tried R&D but found it wasn't worth it, at least not yet.
I found that you need to start R&D around level 28, get it going, get to level 15 R&D! When your toon hits level 60 - BANG! Try to obtain purple and blue rated R&D Duty Officers to push your training with. Focus on the 20 hour training segments and building and buffing your equipment and supplies while you're doing all that. I haven't really dug into the Admirty missions yet, but the most important Duty Officer mission is Diplomatic, get it to 100,000 ASAP!

I'm hooked on STO, kinda lost interest in tanking for awhile. At the moment, STO appears to be a bigger more interesting challenge. I've finally got the basics figured out, going to have to retrain my Federation crews! I can't optimize them the way they are. Also, I'm going to branch off into R & D very shortly, I've got a grip on it, should't take long to get to Level 15, I'll let you guys know when I do. Will put crafted weapons, consoles, out for sale at Fleet base. Live long and prosper!

I think I accidentally bought an extra T6 Fed Tactical Battlecruiser and was wondering if any of you guys would like to trade with me (If that is possible in this game). I already have a T6 Escort, Dreadnaught and Intel Cruiser, but will consider anything other T6 of any faction.
LOL, I'm in no way, shape or form ready for Tier 6! The YouTube videos are crap, I can't hear them. Thus I have to rely on "Monkey See, Monkey Do", unfortunately most are not being performed on XBONE so I can't even utilize MSMD! Honestly, being deaf is for the birds. Sorry I can't be of more help. If you guys need to kick me out to replace me with someone that can hear, I'll understand. :oops:
