Done and done for all that don’t use MS logon. MS Support canceled my Office Subscription but I have issues with One Drive, Skype, updating laptop updates, and other elements. I downloaded MS Authenticator a few months ago but could never figure out how to associate it to Xbox. I can’t remember why I downloaded it but it keeps giving codes for Firebird1000 every 30 seconds that I can’t use.
I know it’s been a long time since I’ve been on the site and I can discuss that later. I’m looking for advice because my Microsoft account was hacked Friday. The password was changed, two factor authentication was added and a foreign number was added to the account. I’ve been chatting with support for the last three days and each time I submit answers to a long list of questions. Twice now I’ve been told my case is closed. Yesterday the hacker even added a new number: 96407709888315 Has anyone else experienced this and successfully fixed the issue?
